City of Trees is an ambitious new programme, set to transform the Greater Manchester landscape by planting millions of trees, and turning underused, unloved woodlands into well-managed places that we can all enjoy.
Organisations, companies and communities across Greater Manchester are coming together, to plant three million trees across Greater Manchester and restore 2,000 hectares of existing woodland, over the next two decades.
A City of Trees will mean great things for Greater Manchester and you can help make it happen!
The project is a partnership between Community Forest Trust and the Ogleseby Charitable Trust.
Together we will build a city of trees.
